RETURNS

Should you change your mind about your order we are happy to offer a full refund on the item(s) provided they are returned in the condition in which they were sent to you.

Simply email amber@aume.co.uk to register your return request within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll send details for returning.

Returns postage must be paid by the customer and we advise sending the item tracked with proof of postage. If the item is lost or damaged in the post, we will be unable to process the return.

Please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed after it has been returned to us.
